SHIPPING

Please note all pieces are hand made and shipped from Mexico.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, dispatch orders are not processed until the next business day.

Iamara® is not responsible for delays in the delivery of your order due to force majeure events or fortuitous events. Iamara® will not be responsible when it has not been possible to deliver to the address indicated for reasons directly attributable to the client. In this case, you must communicate directly with the customer service of the carrier, supplying the respective guide number.

 

For security reasons, no order will be accepted when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

Please note that once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. ​
 

For International Shipping orders, duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out. 

​

We ship all of your orders via Fedex.

​

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur the re-shipping fee.

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our materials, all items are final sale.

Since all of our pieces are hand made we do not accept returns. If you had a special circumstance with your order please contact us so we can go through the issue.
